Linda A. Storminger was born in Westchester, NY, but has lived in the Hudson Valley most of her life. Began oil painting with the John and Paul Gould of the Bethlehem Art Gallery in 1987 up to the prestent time. Also attended Dutchess Community College to study Figure Drawing and Black Ink Drawings between 2000 and 2002, and at Mount Saint Mary College studied Water Color with Paul Gould
Linda had the opportunity to travel to Europe in the company of the Bethlehem Art Gallery on European workshops to ireland, Portugal and France.There she had the chance to experience the skills of painting outside on location where some of the famous artists like Claude Monet have stood and painted.
Linda is a member of the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce.
